I think some Asian countries have been doing that for years now.
I always figured that they seemed to be a haven for bacteria.
I've noticed that their most recent albums since the return are instrumentally as good or better than ever, but for the vocal parts, they just don't have as many catchy tunes. The lyrics are still good and Bruce still can belt em out, but there is a lack of standout tunes like in the old days. But they're still great.
Is that the same Sebulba that looked like a small dragon in the Anakin pod race?
