well considering filming will be very difficult to do from cast to crew under new coronavirus world we live in I can't imagine it will air in 2021. Well since the film was categorized as a Sci-Fi, I took it was that it's about aliens that integrated in our society unbeknownst to us as real estate agents. And how easy it is for them to capture humans without the old fashion way we have seen of being beamed up into their space ship. So these aliens created a perfect community... of carbon copy houses. Then of course the rest was the aliens conducting behavior experience of humans. In effect we were watching the human couple as lab rats in a alien experiment. oh brother that Charlotte Hale character does my head in. Bland AF. The only actors who lifted me out of boredom in this series is Thandie Newton (Maeve) and Anthonh Hopkins and the actor who portrayed the Native American Indian who an episode was centered around in S2. They need him back in there. The problem with this slow show is you need complelling actors who can make you feel something with there monologue. If the revolution is the central point now then bring it on..We don't need to keep seeing each new Host figure out who they are. Move the plot along. tip: it costs about $20 per quarter of the year to get a VPN and you can watch British programs at the same time they are televised in the Uk. Yes. I was wondering is it. I binged watch S1..but good god, two episodes into S2 is endless mess and repetitive drumming of what. I get it the hosts are evolving with a consciousness but there is no other story line so every monologue is saying the same thing but in different wording. I don't watch Fox..I am able to form my opinion from what I saw on the screen. You are incapable of debating about the movie. You seem triggered. I don't understand your logic. I saw a film and to me it was leftist propaganda..so if I don't agree with your point of view I, this must mean I watch Fox?! How do you get to the point if someone sees art and they interpret from what the saw that you veer into they must watch Fox..so by your logic if you disagree with me I should assume you watch CNN. I beg to differ. Why wasn't the entire cast (meaning the family) a wealthy Latin family. You wouldn't even need to change the dialogue. The plot would still be the same. The reason it was an all white cast (meaning the family members) was to perpetrate an anti-white agenda. They were the villains. And most leftist viewing audiences easily accept that negativity. you are brave enough to write exactly I thought. I can see you analogy now that you explain it like that..but yeah plot wise of exposing this crazy cult ehhh, that character could have been ditched. In some ways the plot was similiar to that movie Get Out, just plot of getting innocent main character (in that movie it was a guy) to go to remote area with his girlfriend and finds out her family is crazy too. Maybe the writers were trying to do a Grey's Anatomy type friendship/ turns into love interest but I can't see how the story is helped along if she is his room mate and she's bringing home dates and now that he found someone else who he is attracted to...Lea doesn't serve a purpose since he is surrounded by females in the hospital who are his friends/co-workers. Tht character will undoubtedly be written off. She's related to the Mad King..so yeah there were clues. Besides what she did..was she snapped. and many people who show no signs ever of being mad..snap and go as they say POSTAL. Losing her men in battle (she's seen that before) but losing two people who were her closest friends and then Jon's betrayal...well I wonder how many of us would NOT snap in her place having that much power. I don't think she was mad as in she needs to be in a looney bin..I think her inner child (and she's always been a child) who just SNAPPPED. I have a theory about the ending ( I just saw the film. It's April 26th.'19) Here it goes. I don't think Pasqual committed the serial murders/rape. I think he in the outdoor restaurant scene with Moll, saw she needed to believe that he was indeed the one because he saw she would not let it go. Like a nagging girlfriend who won't believe her boyfriend cheated...So he confesses to her so she can feel 'I knew it' he thought that would be it and they could move on. Afterall the real murderer/rapist was arrested with substantial evidence against him. Pasqual felt guilty about choking her so he gave her the satisfaction she needed. When he said to her at the final moment while she's choking him to death..we're alike (something to that effect) remember he was enraged earlier and had choked her. That's what he meant. She's the one who is clearly the one who would murder as she did in her life before stabbing the girl. my impression is she does love him...as I'm only halfway through season 2 ...I feel she's got no one to give her love back and Marty is someone who she gets attention from in this warped partnership. 1. lots of actresses receive Oscar nominations and then disappeared into what happened to them oblivion. Hollywood actresses needed him..Even Selma Hayek as huge of a star as she was felt pressured by HW...so her franchise movies didn't make her safe from not needing anything from him..considering before the scandal he was the most powerful person in Hollywood. In fact that would make her more of a prize conquest for HW. 2. see answer above. 3. everybody in Hollywood knew about HW...and they all kept quiet because he wielded that much power. 4. you have got to be kidding. She'd lie because by not lying everyone would be retching from nausea. and she'd look bad by association. it would also involve endless probing and how could she from the media. I just started watching Altered Carbon..but are you saying he's another one of these elitist celebrities who declared they would leave America if Trump won. Btw isn't he Swedish..so considering what a hot mess Sweden is now..it's comical that he didn't go back to his home country. it didn't start making sense until about episode 4. you need a breakdown guide per episode. In light of the news that's come out regarding Weinstein..I'm finding it pretty hard to believe he didn't schtick it to Lawrence and yeah she complied...so in her case she went along with it. She's admitted to liking older men..Also why out of all the women he compulsively came onto would she be one he didn't try it on with. For that fat pig, it was about power and those willing got rewarded..big time. I liked Hallmark movies especially because they were movies that I remembered the family sitting around and watching around the holidays. By your logic mate there's no evidence that people put off from her didn't effect it being a flop/ You have no proof either. She's box office poisoned. There's always an excuse when her films tank. Face it she had a good run but audiences are not compelled to see her and then her gobby diarrhea of the mouth stuck a fork in this film. Again you want to ignore that the director has done art house films that drew critical acclaim reviews ergo he has an audiences. But she is repellent. This art house film with a budget of $30 mill. Stop kidding yourself. It's a flop because no one wants to see her... I bet if another actress Natalie Portman was in it... it would have done reasonably better. Or Brie Larson. She tank in another film that wasn't art house Passengers and her lead was on a winning streak. Best she gets plopped in a franchise where she claim success off of being in something that was established. No one would expect this film to beat IT..(different demographic of audience) it didn't even do decent.... it bombed. Again where were all the art house film lovers who showed up for this director's other films?
