"This paranoia about "stalking" is so overrated. It's absolutely normal and natural for someone to be curious about someone they care about. The automatic association of "stalking" with some kind of evil intent is utterly absurd." I agree. But comments like that not just prone to this film. People have said Tobey Maguire's Peter was a stalker. Probably wanted to go with a more known character and went with Ego. Yes. That's what it shows in the movie anyway. "That's why I propose Quake as replacement for Black Widow. The Avengers needs an Asian anyway to fit the so-called diverse image of today's Hollywood." What? Since when is Quake/Skye Asian? She is a white woman. Unless you are thinking of May who was Asian. But I'm pretty sure Marvel has made it clear nobody from Agents of Shield is going to be in the movies and the show won't be acknowledged in the movies. "By the way, the idea that Jason dreams is asinine, as is the idea that drugs could knock him out, or even affect him at all. He's "undead" / supernaturally animated; normal biological rules don't apply. The idea of him being afraid of water is asinine too." I know it's too late to reply but Jason being afraid of water in a dream is not asinine. He would still somewhere in his memory have the vision of himself drowning (or almost drowning if you believe the fan theory that he somehow ended up swimming to shore unnoticed and survived in the woods all those years) and Freddy could use said fear in said memory against him. So yeah. Not asinine. If you're talking about in the real world, yes but not in a dream world. Also I'd argue that a zombie could sleep and dream too. I think zombies could be susceptible to drugs and I'm pretty sure that there are movies where that happens. "the only thing that can kill them is low box office sales." Reminds me of the line in Last Action Hero, "You can't die until the grosses go down." Actually Bryn Thayer wasn't his daughter. At the beginning of Season 2 Bryn Thayer is shown to be this lawyer in England who worked for a rich and powerful family one of whom is murdered. Ben comes to England to defend this guy who is a suspect in the murder. She decides after getting to know Ben a bit through out this 2 part episode that she wants to go back to America with him and live a more normal life. So she does. His actual daughter is replaced later on, though I can't remember when. Also you'll want to stop watching after Season 8. Towards the end of season 8 Conrad leaves and is replaced by this inexperienced lawyer who is really nothing more than a comic relief and the show loses focus and becomes pretty bad. I've only seen a few episodes after season 8 and they were pretty bad. I like seeing alternate endings but I think I prefer the original ending of just Sarah hugging John while he's crying and then it cuts to the road where Sarah talks about how she's full of hope since if a machine, a Terminator, can learn the value of human life, maybe people can too. By the way when I first saw this at the age of 6 I cried really hard at the Terminator having to die. Probably just a joke to be funny. Or Andy was getting too old and couldn't talk long without doing that. I have the first 6 seasons on DVD. I think one of my favorite episodes comes from season 6 Episode 3 The Nightmare where Matlock has a dream that he's in the old west and his supporting cast are all playing old west characters. He ends up defending Conrad when he's accuse of murdering the Sheriff though he did walk into a tavern and in front of everyone toldthe sheriff that he was going to kill him for killing his Uncle. Then when he confronts him he gets knocked out by the Sheriff with a gun. Later Matlock goes to talk to him in jail and asks why he did what he did in the bar. And Conrad says, "He killed my Uncle! A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do!" Then Matlock starts preaching a sermon to him about how so many innocent people were killed in John Wayne movies he'd seen because some guy strapped on a gun and said, "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do." Then he mutters that very line. It's pretty funny cause really what Matlock says is true. It happens in like every western movie. I hate the change of Old Anakin to Prequel Anakin and I also refuse to buy the original Star Wars movies on Bluray because of the stupid change in ROTJ of Darth Vader yelling, "Nooooooooooooooo!" before killing Palpatine Just because someone eats junk food everyday doesn't mean they will be fat. I worked with a guy that ate a Mcdonald's double cheeseburger and french fries 2 times every day and he was as thin as Tom Cruise. I don't think we have to worry about that Andersb since unless they change the law he can't run for president. I really don't see him going back into any other kind of politics though. Supposedly James Cameron has been given back the rights and plans to do something with them. Whether or not he'll bring back Arnold is anyone's guess. He might just give fans what they want and do the Future War movie that everyone wanted but didn't get with Terminator Salvation. Complete with an R rating. In the book, Chief Bromden actually says that her goal is to eventually lobotomize everyone. Even without reading the book and just watching the movie it is pretty clear she had no intention of helping anyone. Come on, Bennet! Let's party! I don't agree that he should have won or been nominated for an Oscar but he should have been nominated for a Saturn Award. He was more memorable than Dick Miller in Gremlins. My problem was Flash should have been a jock and Ned should be Ganke. MovieForrest may not know much about drugs and what they can do. Though book Forrest does. This was the 1950s. Socialism was not considered a good thing. Same reason Mr. Green is being blackmailed for being a homosexual.
