After posting that last night, I found The Pit on Tubi and watched it……
And, I agree with your Daughter. The Pit is a ridiculous blast to watch. I had fun. The new Halloween was nowhere as enjoyable.

Absolutely wild opening. Kill off a bunch of people who are bigger stars than anyone else in the movie. Always a fun watch.

I suppose you’re right. I’m just always surprised when this kind of thing happens. It always seems like a group of people would react, unarm and overcome with numbers alone.
