Holland is the winner for me overall and he's only behind Maguire as peter parker becuase he didn't get the same emotional story arc (uncle Ben). Obviously there was a bit here but I think the original spiderman did that bit better
Was going to post the same thing just now after watching it. Although it seems far fetched it serves the purpose of keeping Dani and christian together until the trip (Pele is aware that christian is thinking of breaking up with Dani) and of course it follows that christian would then consider letting Dani come on the trip too (even if he was thinking of breaking up with her)
Yeah I saw it at the cinema, low key black and white but violent. Powerful film
For me it sneaks into the top 10, good action sequences good humour, interesting story and character development. I can take or leave cgi when it's on such a grand scale (i.e the end action sequences) but they did it well as you'd expect.
The first wonder woman was decent and this one wasnt as good so I don't think it's a huge drop off.
One of the worst ones was dark knight rises. Even though the actors involved were good the whole thing is a mess and the twist is unnecessary and the ending is crap. It was set up to be the best comic book trilogy until the 3rd one
But my understanding is sly wasnt supporting his own weight (which would be substantial) he's supporting hers.
Although having said that I don't know where he was planning to go from that position. Nobody can really come and help them easily
Oh ok, don't watch the sequels (maybe the second one)

It was mentioned a few times that monica inherited the flat from her grandmother ( I think?) and because of rent control, it was pretty cheap given how nice it was
fave- Chandler, Funny, sarcastic, a little bit pathetic sometimes and a great straight man to Joey
Least- Monica- good character but not generally that funny
I'm not really one for interpretation of scenes like that, its not sci fi. I take what's happenning at face value, unless theres a twist later (a la usual suspects)
If the guy didnt know who she was fair enough, I assumed that he would have been clever enough to find out.

Gus actually says 'I know I'm fake nice' in the penultimate episode of series 2.
Bertie isn't fake nice shes just nice.
The difference between Bertie and Gus is that if Bertie doesnt like or agree with something, she just smiles and says something nice. Whereas Gus goes 'yeahhhhhhhhh..' for about 5 seconds and then asks a question that basically insinuates that he disagrees with what the other person is saying because he sees outright disagreement as being too confrontational.
