IMDB could've put up a screen saying "Thank you" in some way to the thousands of loyal users there. Putting up a simple note would've been nice. Even if traffic has fell in recent years (if true), many users have contributed a lot, and I'd argue they did help keep IMDB popular over the years. A website with only Trivia, Scores, Technical Info and actor resumes isn't really much without an active community. We wen there for information, but also for conversation, opinions and reviews. I'll get over it, but it does feel a bit like getting kicked to the cold curb, with the door slammed shut behind you. I'll still use IMDB because its database is second to none, but I will miss the forums for sure. Been there for over 12 years. Gema, if you click on your screenname, it should show your post history (and posts and new threads you've made should be there). More features should be added soon. But for now, the basics are actually there. You can look at your history, or search for individual films or actors.
