wow, no need to be insulting...wtf is wrong with people these days? Its a theory ffs 1. Yes, I think Nora holds some resentment for Tommy since she likely holds him responsible for bringing Lily into her life. Whether shes aware of it or not still remains to be seen.I think she loves him like family but wishes Lily had never been brought to her since her being taken away was so painful. 2.I think Kevin likely ends up sacrificing himself for her in Australia. My guess would be that the science experiment is too tempting and she wants to see her kids again. Kevin will likely "die" to go rescue her from the purgatory hotel and only one of them will be able to return. The nun asking about Kevin probably is familiar with the story because of Matts "new" New Testament. Just a guess tho, I really have no idea. 3 & 4. Yes, Erika says she buried her daughter. Although I dont tink it was a drone that dropped a bomb on them. It probably was from a gas leak...They did mention gas leaks in the one of the episodes in season 1 because when Kevin was jogging (I think it was Garveys at their best) one of the gas lines exploded in the street. Its also mentioned in Texas too I believe. 1.Yes, Noras husband cheated with their childrens pre-school teacher. Is that relevant to the latest episode? 2. The final segment in Australia was in the present. They show Kevin Garvey sr. talking to the women after they kidnap the other Kevin..so unless he is somehow not aging (which with The Leftovers could very well be a possibility) It would seem this is taking place in present day. The flash forward of "Sarah" (Nora) would be taking place in the future....as we see she has aged significantly 3. Possibly Lucy since she has a strong connection to Garvey sr. but the others is doubtful. Maybe Aimee in another dream sequence? She has no real reason to show up in Australia...as for the twins? I wish! They were great comic relief. My guess is that Nora is going to go to Australia and be sucked into this science "experiment" and end up dying. Kevin will likely venture into the purgatory "hotel" to save her.... And more: Birds - a reference to a penguin (also an episode title), the bird tapestry above Jills bed, the bird in the hotel, the bird circling the native american mom, the pigeon that Matt keeps seeing, the burying of the bird (for 3 days like the resurrection of Christ) The birds in 03x01..at the end with Nora, similar to Noah releasing the dove in the flood. "Its f*cking stupid" - Meg says this about chopping the tree, Kevin says this about singing karaoke to get out of the "hotel" Crucifix - Tom while driving passes one on the side of the road in Nevada that looks just like the one the GR carry into Miracle in the season 2 finale "Cut her Loose" - Patti says this to Laurie about Meg after finding out she is still kind of weak. Its after she tries to chop down a tree, Gladys was also tied up and bound to a tree.. Its symbolic of Kevins attempt to cut Patti loose from the chair in the cabin. Poison - Wayne says to Tom "Youre a good boy Tom, thats why it feels like there is poison inside you" As we find out later, Kevin injests a whole lot of poison in season 2 to try and solve his problems. Smiley face - Only two episodes into the rewatch so maybe there are more but the smiley face recurs on the pancakes "that you cant get in the big house" (maybe another jail reference?) and on the phone that Wayne gives to Tom Blue shirt violence - Blue is a common theme throughout the series and also the color to remember the Departure, but it pops up a LOT before a violent outburst 1.Jill hits teammate, wearing blue shirt 2.Dean shoots dog, wearing blue shirt 3. Memorial parade attack, people all wearing blue 4. Kevin punches Gr guy when looking for Laurie, wearing blue 5. Kevin and Dean shooting dogs, both wearing blue 6. Tom shoots AFTEC guy, wearing blue sweatshirt 7. Guy that beats up Matt in church, blue bandana Also both Nora and Erika are wearing blue tank tops when they throw rocks through each others windows. The crazy German guy with no pants that attacks Christine is wearing only a blue shirt. Peanut butter - Kevin brings his dad peanut butter in psychiatric hospital, the money Garvey Sr hides is in a peanut butter jar..ok maybe he just really like peanut butter? lol.inn 03x01 we see the "peanut butter sandwich" again in his convo with Dean...also in episode 01x03, Aimee is eating a peanut butter sandwich and Kevin asks her "Are you enjoying my sandwich?" Dean - Tells Kevin that a pack of dogs are living in a drain pipe. One of the few ways into Miracle is through a drain pipe. Ok so Im going to continue to watch and probably add more...I know that many of these are a reach but if this show doesnt encourage you to take a leap of faith I dont know what does ;) Ya, I definitely thought the drone strike was questionable. In fact almost all these things that happen in the show seem to be an alternate type reality. There are too many coincidental things that tie the characters together for each of these things to be happening independently. I think they all somehow relate to Kevin via the future, past or present....but havent been able to discern what is actually happening and what is actually real. But thats why I love this amazing show! umm Negan can pretty much have his pick of doctors from any of the communities he is involved with. They made a point to tell us that so Im not sure why you think it was a stupid decision... As far as he was concerned, he couldnt trust that doctor...so getting rid of him was actually a SMART move...I swear, its like people cant separate that everything that they see is not what a character sees...look at the situation from Negans perspective...... loved it but definitely did not get any questions i had resolved lol. It felt like a finale episode and there were some intense moments which I appreciated..they are doing really well developing characters which so many new shows out there completely lack. I was glad to see Zilpha killed off and I truly hope its the end of her because her terrible acting was dragging the show down imo. Although if she is indeed dead Im a little disappointed in the lack of impact her story arc had...unless her death continues to be problematic for James...overall though the episode was a solid 9/10 for me lol View all replies >
