Nyles copying Misty

So I am not sure if I am overcomplicating this but the scene below where Nyles Copies Misty. This scene only occurs once Sarah is in the same time loop yet Nyles knows everything that Misty is going to say. Does this mean Nyles has been through this once with Sarah before and possibly she escaped the loop, and Nyles brings her back into it again so he knows the scene and what Misty will say?

Sarah : Didn't work! Life is meaningless. Let's get outta here.

Misty : Oh my . Are you...

Misty , Nyles : cheating on me? What? This isn't funny. Okay stop! I'm serious! Stop copying me! Stop pretending like you know everything

It means that it was in the script. It is a movie and you are invited to think for yourself!

strange comment
" it was in the script" usually acknowledges that some pointless , contradictory, unituitive, macguffin thing has been written in purely to move the plot on.

whereas "you are invited to think for yourself!"
implies that it all makes sense , its just not spoon fed , and if you think about it you'll get your answer

There is nothing more than what is shown. How far you can go with that is individual. Whatever others are implying would not be your insight, and no more true than what you think up yourself. Just conversational pieces. That makes it Moviechat.

It means she is predictable in her actions, and he has repeatedly broken up with her before..
