Real landlords, or they just wanted to get on TV?

Which homes do you believe were actually rentals before the owners became interested in getting on the show?

S1: It seems like Shay and Mikey’s place and probably Serena’s place were only put on the rental market so those women could get on a reality TV.

I don't think Shay and Mikey even KNEW each other in real life.

I get the feeling that she was placed with him because they needed to partner him up.

HE didn't speak to her after the show wrapped, which to me, tells me that it was just an act for the show.

BTW: Shay has since passed away from a drug overdose. RIP
