Sure there are PoC female pirate captians and main characters plus rainbow flag coloured monsters .... But that is all LITERALLY TOKEN stuff.

WHERE is the rest? Big booty Latinx, pregnant men, medically transitioned children and lesbians performing their own full term abortions?

All the bad guys are very white.

The main character is a black girl.
The other main character is a goofy white man that is always doing things wrong and needs to learn how to do them right with the black girl.

The story is also partly a metaphor for how black people and poor people were exploited through the centuries by monarchs and nobles (whites) in general.
