Your ideas about the fluid glob that leaked out of the sex bed?

When Kristen and Andy were having welcome-home sex while wearing animal masks, the camera cut to a shot of a big ball of fluid cutting a hole through their bed, and then making a hole in the floor, and making a hole through every other floor in the building. And these were not tiny holes. This was in ep 6. There’s been no followup yet. How could no one in the house see the holes? What WAS that? Where’d it come from? I’m stumped. How about you?
