question for those who have seen this series?

I'm a huge fan of Movies about "trying to catch a serial killer"...

I love movies Like Se7en, Zodiac, Frailty, Resurrection(1999), Kiss The Girls, The Silence of the Lambs and so on....

I love the 1st season of True Detective.

I watched the trailers for this series and I can tell its not TOTALLY about trying to catch a serial killer, But I'm just curious , about how much of the show is about trying to catch the serial killer?

Its Mainly a "Cat and Moose" series where The serial killer Plot is what is Mainly going on

Or Is it more of a drama where the serial killer is more of a sub plot thats not very important?
