way too harsh on Becky

If a woman is newly involved with a guy, no matter how "loose" she may be perceived to be, if she's unaware that he's stepping out, it's not her fault for being involved. When you're an honest person and get involved with someone new, even if you're not the only one, it should be a safe assumption that they're not married. And if someone is cheating, it's generally not because the person they're cheating with is oh-so-special, it's because they wanted to cheat, and if it hadn't been Becky, it would've been someone else. That just feels a step from slut-shaming to me.

I hate how they treat Becky the character. I grew up with her and although Becky made bad choices, she wasn't an idiot or a whore. And she acts zanier by the episode! I'm sure for the actress it might be fun to be over the top but it ruins the character in the same way it does with Aunt Jackie. I really felt for Becky in the reboot realizing she was too old to get pregnant and thought it was a great storyline that rarely ever happens on a tv show, but nope, miracle baby! They really ruined everything that made the show great!
