The feedback from her hearing aid is broadcast, and amplified inside the "studio" so both aliens are in a weakened state because of the toxic sound.. Okay..

When Regan strikes one monster and kills it, what took out the other monster which Marcus was aiming at? Are they implying some chain of life, like killing a queen kills the soldiers?

A little deus ex machina here?

The gunshot kills it. It was vulnerable because he was playing the sound on the radio.

Unfortunately the radio signal doesn't go that far and you would have to have it on and loud, which no one would do, for it to affect other monsters.

it was a weird cut and we didnt see the gun shot - the hit with the iron bar represented the shot

He shot it with the pistol, they just editing it for a simultaneous conclusion.
