Glaring stupidity of Corbell

not sure if he know how dangerous is Bob but theres no way leaving him unbound and free to move around with only his wife guarding him is going to end well. Though it might not make much difference if Corbell had left a few of his goons to watch over Bob ,at least it make more sense than just having his wife to do it.

The idea of the shock collar relying on an actual tv style remote control was beyond stupid.

The guy could have knocked her silly before she even had a chance at picking up the remote. What a weak concept that was. He didn't need some elaborate fish tank nonsense, throwing the figurine (I can't remember exactly what it was he used) full force at her face would have been far more practical. It's what I was expecting to happen, and it would have saved the expense of the elaborate scene they went with - with the bonus of showing us even more of how brutal he is.

Much more sensible would have been to have a phone type g sensor in it that set it off at any sudden movement on the wearer's part. Plus a remote just as a backup.

In any case your point is correct. Leaving the guy with his hands free in any circumstances made the characters of Corbell and his wife look like morons - which they weren't.
