Distractify said she'd be back for the March 18th episode, but they were WRONG! Hopefully she'll appear in S3.E7 - Timing.

I just think she's DELIcious!

forgot why she was gone on a trip with her father?

She is from France and wanted to go back. (Do you pick up her accent from time-to-time? It's more evident in later seasons than in Season 1).

Her father has early-stage Dementia or Alzheimer's. She wanted to take him back to "the old country" while he was still able to travel.

While over there, he fell and is hospitalized and now can't travel home. Plus the COVID restrictions and risk.
