Could somebody please remind me who this Bailey woman is?

The firefighter with whom Nolan had a date on the second episode of the new season. Obviously she must have appeared before, but I don't remember her. She was Nolan's date for the wedding at the end of the previous season? How did they meet?

she moved next door to Nolan (end of season 3) and asked for a towel or something..
anyway they went on a date, and then to the wedding.

apparently they lost touch during the Guatemala mission but are now a thing?
idk this show has become a weird mix of soap opera/cops/police academy
