non-watcher but still have a question

So I've not seen it, on my list, but so much content, so little time. Though I do know the basic premise. Anyway, my question, I guess for the eagle-eyed. Do they ever have it where maybe the camera's panning down the street and the stalker guy just quickly flashes by in the background or something? Not in an obvious way that calls attention to itself, but more as an Easter egg
