On June 19, 2018, Stargate Origins: Catherine (Feature Cut) will be available for download on digital platforms worldwide. This all-new version of the Stargate Origins story brings ten action-packed episodes together in one feature-length cut, adding a whole host of new features including:

Watching it right now.

I thought the trailers looked poor, but I was curious about it anyway. I don't give a shit about Stargate so I have no emotional or intellectual ties to the franchise, so I don't really care how well it stacks up against the movie or the shows.

It's clearly low-budget, but at least after 20 minutes I'm finding it to be kind of fun. Most of the fan reaction I've seen online has been negative, but I figure this is largely a matter of expectations. I went in expecting a low-budget made-for-the-Web show and was prepared to meet it on those terms.
