So much like the Panic Room

Group of guys break into a place looking for a safe with money, they find a family there who isn't supposed to be there. One of the guys is kinda nice and sympathetic and doesn't wanna hurt anyone, one is a psychopath wanting to kill everyone, and one is kinda in the middle, not really a psycho but willing to kill if it comes to it to get the money.

Then the psycho of the group kills the leader to take over and get the money for himself. Then at the end the family is locked up inside the house, the husband shows up only to get taken hostage and the bad guy threatens to kill him if they don't let him in. Same shit happens in Panic Room, all of it.
