I don't get it....how can he go running around town if he's on house arrest? My brother tried to get house arrest when he was sentenced and they said if it was granted he would not be able to leave his own property. Is this just Hollywood b.s. or are the rules different in some places?

Right there with ya on that one. The show started out great, with some cool plotting details and twists that seemed very unique. I loved the first season, and then each subsequent storyline addition became more and more cumbersome.
I've gone from "glued to the tv when it's on" to "barely watching when it's on."
