After watching episode 4.....

I’ve determined that the writers have no idea where they’re going with this. So much for a promising premise, this show is definitely no ‘Lost’, that’s for sure.

It's pretty simple actually. Remember when Agent Ren's boss and the guy who took the mercs after Reece were talking about their group's leader, a woman they didn't name? Well now we know who it is. When Ren started sticking her nose where it didn't belong she became a problem - which has now been solved. I'm sure they'll be going after Jude next. They want to keep the truth within their own circle so no one interferes in what they're trying to do: keep the Apex from ever happening. They don't want the whole damn world finding out there are people there from the future. Do you follow now?

reply

Nobody in their right mind would believe that people from the future traveled back in time, it’s a complete nonsense angle. I think the network knows that this show has no legs but will let the first season play out just because it has a pro immigration stance.

Sure thing, troll. How's the weather in St. Petersburg these days? :)

reply

You actually dig this show? Oh Lordy!!!

reply

I was kind of on the fence until episode 4, and then it did a couple of things I wasn't expecting -- killing off Agent Ren; and the first group not being about establishing Apex but preventing it somehow.

reply

Well they canceled the hell out of it.
