HE DIDN'T GROW UP!!!

I just noticed something. Terminator 2 occurs in 1990 (when the movie was released). Terminator Dark Fate starts in the year 1998, eight years after Terminator 2. So why, pray tell, does John Conner still look the way he did in Terminator 2?

T2 was set in 1995. remember JC was born in 1984.. so in DF he was supposed to be 14
