No Emmys or Golden Globes?

Not even nominations? Why do you think that is? I am watching it now and am almost finished with season 1 and its pretty good. My buddy is watching the current episodes and he keeps raving about season 4 and even the most recently aired episode. That got me wondering why this show has not picked up any major nominations. Any ideas?
