Didn't Paige sign a 3 year contract?

They made it seem like a big thing when she chose to sign it and become a manager at the potato restaurant, cause it would be a 3 year commitment. She signed it, but then not long after she decides to just quit after being put back in the potato outfit, she just walks out and thats it.

She shouldn't be able to just quit and walk out if she signed a 3 year contract, you can't just do that.
