S3 Ep 9: Charly The Champ

I was never a fan of the character. Too much attitude. But it's ironic that she died to save a race she seriously detested. That remark she made about Amanda makes me think she was ready to go any way. At least she died in superhero-mode.

This season has been great. IMO, far superior to the first 2. I hope to see another. The latest Star Trek universe could learn from this show.

Yep was a top notch episode and after what they mentioned at ComicCon about all *3 seasons of The Orville moving from Hulu to Disney+ in the US we may yet see a season 4.

Thanks for the link. If I recall correctly, McFarlane didn't want to do Season 3 for some reason. So I'm really wondering if he's willing to do a 4th season, even if it is on Disney. I sure hope so.

WTF??? Moving to Disney? What a shame.

It will be a failure so better stop here while they're still ahead.

Why nothing is changing Disney pretty much own Hulu, plus Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Punisher, The Defenders, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Deadpool And Logan are all moving to Disney+ as well. They are updating the Parental controls and doing a campaign to advise people of what is going on and what to do if they don't want their younger ones seeing M and R rated content.

If anything it says to me that Disney will either not be buying out Comcast's 33% stake in Hulu (Comcast may get it to go with Peacock) in January 2024, or they will and just roll Hulu into Disney+ as one streaming service and right now are getting people used to more adult content on there.

I mean if they continue with more seasons, it will suck.

At least will go out with a bang …

Ah fair enough, honestly I think it'd be better if they went with making a TeleMovie (or Streaming Movie as it is) once every couple of years rather than a series, like how that TV Show Psych has been doing that for USA/Peacock.

SO obvious that it would end up like this. As soon as she made a big fuss about disliking Isaac, it was clear where they were heading.

Not a bad episode but still all the side switching decisions seems too fast and hastened to me ...

But well, it's a lot to push in just an episode (which btw was almost as long as normal feature movie ...)
