I'm rooting for this show, but...

...I just don't understand the writing.

In the season premier, they're trying to track the original mothership, and they finally found it back in WWI. But they've been there two days already!

Seriously? You have a time machine. They don't have a two-day lead on you. You can go back to any time you want. Hell, you can even get there two days before them, and surprise them.

They continuously did the same thing in season 1, and it was as annoying then as it is now. Just stop it. You're treating your viewers like they're idiots.
