Wow this actually looks really good

I hated Annabelle. Close to loathed it. But the trailer for two looks great. Much different approach. Only problem is all the jump scares seem to be in the trailer.

Kind of reminds me of the Ouija franchise. I loved Ouija 2 and thought the first one was lame.

Well the second is a prequel so probably no need to see the first.

I also immediately made the comparison to the Ouija franchise. It's amazing how different those two films are.

This looks to be much the same: They brought in a completely different, and more talented, creative team and the sequel will end up being a much better film than the first one.

Early reviews are in and it looks like my perception was spot on. Good news.

Yeah, I see it has a 100% on RT.

That score is obviously going to drop, but it does look like it's probably at least a pretty good horror film.
