May contain spoilers!!

I really enjoyed the show and is one the first show I'm watching related to the renaissance. After the last episode was over I was staring at the screen with no idea of what to feel about the ending. Cosimo became worse than his father or a more determined banker(however you see it) Contessina who was my favorite character who after all she has done, is stuck in the Medici family, as someone mentioned in another thread, married to a guy in coma. I know nothing of the actual history but the show kept me reminding of the Assassins creed games.

I hated the ending. There was no real payoff. I don't even think the dome was completed.
Cosimo didn't gain ultimate power, his enemies are still out there. He didn't even evolve as a character - because he's still moping about and pouting at every damn thing. NOTHING was resolved.
