Incredibly immersive unique look at the old west

I had high hopes as I like all 4 actors - they did not disappoint. Unlike some have said, I enjoyed the unexpected 3rd act. It subverted western tropes and felt more real for it. The bits about the way the world was changing and how that impacted people I find interesting. My fave scene might have been John C reilly and Gyllenhaal sharing a silent moment of culture as they brush their teeth.

For me, acting pretty much makes or breaks a movie and it very much made this one.
