I doubt it. Disney won't want to let Fox's leftovers have that strong and random of an influence on their MCU.

Though I wonder how it'll be done. Because Scarlet Witch being Magneto's daughter, if they want to maintain that, they won't be able to show the original X-Men as their younger versions. At least not without some time travel chicanery.

They seem to be playing up on Wanda's reality-bending powers with the upcoming Wandavision show and the next Dr Strange movie. The Dr Strange movie will also be dealing with the Multiverse so my guess is that Wanda somehow creates mutants or pulls them in from another reality.
