If There Is An Extended Cut...

I already said this in a previous thread, but if there is going to be an Extended Cut, this is one thing I want to see, which I don't know if it was actually filmed.

I'd like to see the actual mission of them at the beginning stealing the EMP device, which is the mission Dom turns. The way the movie was edited and just jumped to them escaping with the device, it seemed like a huge chunk of the movie was missing. Plus it just felt like Dom turning on them seemed REALLY rushed. Even the dialogue when they were escaping the place seemed out of place and that something was missing. It would've been nice to see them doing the actual mission and sort of showing that Dom was having some internal struggle with himself about turning on the others. I know we see it in other parts of the movie he doesn't like that he had to turn, but I would've liked to see it in the actual mission where he does turn.

Heck, it would've been nice to include Dom whispering, "I'm sorry" when he rammed Hobbs and made his vehicle flip so he could get the device from Hobbs. Instead, him turning just came out of nowhere. But if they were doing it as an attempted twist, it failed since we already saw the conversation between him and Cipher where she tells him to turn. So they were better off just showing him have some internal struggle throughout the mission. It just seemed too rushed and easy for him to turn.

So I would like to see the actual mission be included in the Extended Cut (IF there is one) to show what Dom was like during the actual mission before they got the EMP device and were escaping. The whole escaping part and then Dom turning just seemed out of place, something was missing/off, and felt a little rushed.

And the movie WAS rumored to be 160 minutes. I noticed quite a few things from the trailer that weren't in the actual movie. So if it was originally 160 minutes, I wonder what else was cut that didn't show up in the trailers/marketing.
