Why don't we just kill these bastards?

Seriously, this may or may not have been brought up before, but...

Given how rape and sexual assault are the most intimate, horrible and, very sadly, prevalent crimes (and horrible acts for that matter that greatly hurt the victim physically and emotionally whilst providing no justification for their existence, even murder sometimes can be justified, and plus you can't "accidentally" rape someone can you, like you may accidentally kill someone or hurt them in other ways hence the no excuse memo) existing in, well, our world of humanity and has been since, Dear God, time immemorial (so much for human development, NOT), how there is so much either rape culture, victim blaming or just plain old ignoring of the victim's feelings in such issue and how often the offenders either get light sentences or get away with whereas victims have to live with the memory of their trauma or commit suicide (and some may even get murdered in the act)...

Why don't we seriously just rise above it and kill those bastards, go "I Spit on Your Grave" on them, besides, many people, often civilized ones who are against it, seem to feel deep hatred and disgust for perpetrators of such crimes, and in reality, it is apparently WORSE than what is being described on any format and paper, given not only how inexcusable and horrible it is, but that not only is there no prevention strategy against it, but laws and people around victims often make matters even WORSE here in some or other ways, after all, why do you think we have so many "rape and revenge"-themed films and many people cheer when the perpetrators particularly if they're men and (usually, though not always) if their victims are women get their comeuppance, and many people in comments sections tend to cheer and conflict albeit with good reason against those that don't?

Yes, I know law and whatnot may NOT allow it, but let's just say for argument's sakes it DID, would that REALLY a). Make the world a better place and b). Reduce rape by a very large percentage, plus don't we all want to feel good when offenders of this are just scraped off the Earth and no one suffers?

Or is there a possibility that, well, as horrible and wrong and maybe even THE worst and most horrifying an example of a damaging deed as this is, we SHOULDN'T fight it like that with more violence and that with killing of the rapists, world alone will NOT become a better place? (Maybe in US colleges and unis we can have guards and sanction them the use of deadly force against people that do this, especially if the perpetrators are men like that, yes? Someone put those f*ckers out of their misery, PLEASE, for the good of all of us.)

Of course it also goes with saying the reasons why a lot or at least some people may feel this way is also due to the fact that in our sad excuse for a reality, there has been WAY too much, almost INNUMERABLE as we speak, examples of FURTHER injustice done to rape victims, and apparently, this wasn't even JUST due to some or other attempts of certain people to protect the perpetrator (as in, maybe he is someone's relative and whatnot), I mean, beyond being shocking and terrible of course, it also literally just stutters belief - I mean, how can being a VICTIM of something that was in NO way your fault and at the hands of an intimate attack by a violent and powerful aggressor be a punishable offense, does that, logically speaking, even make SENSE to people?

God, I sometimes am LITERALLY ashamed of mankind and humanity period, as if Adolf Hitler wasn't bad enough, or The Holocaust for that matter, God.

The only troublesome part is that in our world, vigilante justice is just as liable to not work and do harm and have selfish people violently use it for power and their own selfish needs, otherwise, I would just shoot the rapists in the head with a .45 automatic and be done with it.

Except sadly, the matter is, much to our misfortune, way too big to be handled like this.

On a sad fact of life, it sadly might not cause such problem to go away at all. (

Despite what several angry people who ARE against this deed mind you, online, may suggest, I wonder what Kirby Dick HIMSELF thinks about THIS side of the issue.

Speaking of death sentence for THIS type of crime forward slash extremely bad deed... (According to the law, rather than victim self defense OR especially revenge, even though in the last two cases, there MAY indeed ALSO have at least been SOME instances where it happened.)

I remember how back in 2002, I actually did come across a news episode where, I think, in Pakistan, a group of men were sentenced to death for committing a gang rape of a local woman.

As much as I often do and even back at the time DID believe that people who engage in such acts of inexcusably vicious violence do and did deserve punishment, I couldn't help but wonder - how DID the law system there manage to carry it out and come to such conclusion that they should be put to death for it, given how SADLY in a LOT of cases, and in those places too, most of the time the perpetrators either completely get away with it OR if found guilty are given light sentences, and not ONLY is no public outrage help to INFLUENCE such matters, but (besides the AWFUL examples of v*ct*m bl*m*ng (censored to show how confusingly horrible such phenomenon is - makes one wonder why humanity, in these instances VERY MUCH included, cannot live in harmony) the fact that others may not even HAVE any problem with it at all (God). (Unsurprisingly, having read deeper and more about the case, it was discovered this wasn't the first time that gang has carried out such an atrocity, so the death penalty punishment aspect may have not been JUST for that ONE horrible crime, severe and punishment worthy as it WAS though.)

So I basically wondered why such instances of punishment for it are rather rare, including some particularly brutal examples as such mentioned above, and when I asked my grandmother if she thought the death sentence was appropriate, she said "Yes, because such things are not excusable to be done in the first place", I guess my grandmother was right, correct?

You are a fucking fascist! You must be a college student.
There is no college rape crisis. Rape has the highest rate of false accusations.
