Apologies if this has been asked already - but who is the Asian kid with Hawkeye at the end?

I was thinking the same thing, I have no idea.

As Marvel is interested in inclusion of all races, genders, and sexual orientations, it's probably his partner.

Seriously, that was not an Asian kid. It was one of his sons. The boy was white.

Now I've seen the movie again, you are correct. It is one of Hawkeye's sons. However, it seems as though the kid has some Asian heritage somewhere. (Which of course is 100% fine with me. First time viewing the film it threw me a little, that's all.)

Hawkeye's job does keep him away from home for extended periods. Maybe Mrs. Hawkeye has something she needs to talk about...
