Why doesn't Captain Marvel age between her movie and this one?

She looks almost the same if not exactly, while Nick Fury and everyone else has aged visibly. Has this been addressed?

It was explained in the movie by the Supreme Intelligence.

It is explained in this trailer by the Supreme Intelligence (Annette Bening's character). Now who knows if she is lying or not as to HOW it happened?

OK, I see what you mean, thanks.

One thing that amuses me - Captain Marvel gets her power from the Space stone in the tesseract, same as the Maximoff twins. But she's gonna kick Thanos' ass even though he actually wields the damn stone (along with the rest).

Wrong , the Maximoff Twins get their powers from the Mind Stone contained in Loki Scepter

She's not a normal human any more, for all we know Kree don't get wrinkles as they age, they just grow tentacles.

Probably a similar reason like Thor also doesn't age
