Still having problems enjoying this show.

I just watched the season finale. I'm still having problems enjoying it, and have not decided whether I will continue to watch it when it returns.

The first problem is the British accents. I'm an American, and some of them are so thick (such as Joe and Laura Hawkins) I can barely understand them.

Next I'm confused by several things. Was Bridi (?) (the young black girl) a human being? If so, why did she pretend to be a Synth? Why did Laura say "You don't walk away from people you love." when referring to a Synth? That doesn't make sense.

And I was really irritated by the illogical idea that the Synth Manufacturer would have so little security, and could be infiltrated so easily. And the security they did have killed their own product. Once again, no sense.

And I cheered when that murderous Hester was finally killed! YES! She killed four people, and tried to kill Leo. And then they bring her back to life! NO! She should have remained dead. She is evil
