In the Good Witch movies Tara, as portrayed by Ashley Leggat, is vivacious, happy, and curvy--a generally delightful and sexy young brunette woman.
When Tara reappears in the series, played by Rebecca Dalton, she is depressed, angry, and nagging--a flat-chested blonde Eeyore.
It's interesting that the writers decided to change her personality and appearance so thoroughly.
Nothing against the actress, but the writers did not do well by that character. She became so annoyingly inconsistent within the series. While I liked the adult Brandon better than child Brandon and wished that he remained, I was glad Tara's character left the show.

Buy Tara was such a complete change from the movie it was like a completely different character. I think Brandon needs to just divorce her off screen and come back to Middleton, lol
shareYes, I liked the adult Brandon, too. Since "Good Witch" changes actors and drops characters all the time, anyway, I wish they'd bring back adult Brandon (same actor) but with Ashley Leggat again as Tara, with her original Tara personality.
