How Does Bria Belong In This Series?

I’ve enjoyed this series much more than I anticipated that I would, having read the comments here first. I think the acting and writing in the Christine episodes ranges from excellent to inspired. The Erica and Anna show us the competition between 2 whores. The Bria episodes, however, recall the Passion Plays of the Middle Ages. The Church forbad ALL stage plays except for those about Jesus Christ. Eventually, Medieval playwrights started writing and producing plays full of tomfoolery and lusty debauchery, that ended with a character rushing onstage to announce the birth of the Christ Child. Put more candidly: what the FUCK do the Bria episodes tell us about hooking? So Bria was a courtesan who worked for this hood, Donald, who met her through the “escort” service that he owned and shacked up with her. Then she rats him out for her own interests, goes into WITSEC and manipulates everyone involved to get what she wants. Are we supposed to infer she could not have done any of this absent her Working Girl background?! There was hardly any sex, and ZERO pulchritudinous nudity, in this. It’s like the showrunners got bored with their own concept and decided to make CSI: Hooker.

Now, I'd buy that for a dollar!
