Does anyone know what is going on with Alicia's arm? Didn't she have it amputated to stop the virus from spreading?

In the final episode, she has both arms! Did I miss something?

Lol go back and look, one of her hands is clearly large and plastic.

I caught that as well. Chances are it's just a fake arm that looks real.
