Thor's spear in the second trailer
Thor is using some sort of spear while fighting Hela in the second trailer. For a second, I thought it was Odin's spear, but it looks a bit different. Any ideas?
shareI assumed it was Gungnir, just reinterpreted. Loki's daggers aren't the same either, nor any outfits.
shareTrue, but Loki's daggers aren't the same as Gungnir. They're just nameless, powerless knives. Gungnir has mre importance.
shareVery true, but movies will redo pieces to make them look 'better' in sequels- I assume Taika just wants to make the set and its pieces more unique to his movie.
I still think it could be Gungnir. With Odin missing, it's obviously not in use; and what better weapon to fight the goddess of death with, than the spear of the Allfather?
