Kids in movies always put others in danger. All the time.
Jeezus I hate kids in movies. Such a cheap plot device to make sure they either add drama or create situations where the characters are faced with a task.

Sooooo many scenes that are like "Johnny, stay here, I'll be right back" or "Jackie, don't touch that, whatever happens", or "Matthew, no matter what you here, do not open your eyes for the next 2 minutes", and the moment the person who said it turns their back the fucking kid does exactly what it's been told not to do.
Whenever something like that happens I hope the kid gets killed, in a brutal way. They have it coming!
