I can't follow this movie DON'T WATCH IT

The movie's narrative seems to be going for suspense but the writers seemed to think by not really explaining anything in the first act was a good way to build tension and suspense. Instead the audience is made to feel like they were diliberatly not let in on the plot. Example of plot denial is when you here the captain getting after two of the pilots for some thing about missing minutes. The scene wastes a lot of time but refuses to let any real information about the plot out. "Listen we can't chat about this here". What a fail. A few seconds later we see a crew teleport so what are those missing minutes a reference to missing security tape footage, time travel, a weird version of warp speed transport? Switching to geico?

I know there are those that believe narratives like this are supposed to be thought provoking but in reality its just bread crumbing and an artificial way to build suspense and tension about characters we know nothing about or care about at this point in the film. My eyes roll at films like this. Theres a sense of panic yet the whole plot seems like an inside joke the audience isn't really let in on.

Lol you fell right into the films trap. The film has convinced you that your smarter because you tolerated its the films poor unrolling of the first act which deliberatly wastes the audiences time by refusing to explain anything useful to the audience. I wish you could think think for your self considering you allowed this dumb plot introduction to feed your ego into thinking your smarter then us. What a sucker you are.
