What's the scariest movie you've seen?
I want to watch them all!

shareShutter is from Thailand. I agree, it's pretty scary. Ju-On is also damn terrifying. I still haven't finished it. The images of Kayako crawling down the stairs, Kanna without her lower jaw, the father smacking a fetus in a phone-booth are too much for me. The cinematography just looks really real. You feel like you're watching a snuff film. Another one for me would be The Shining. Not only is it very scary, but it is also very beautiful. The technical and aesthetical aspect of it are perfect. The score is also very unsettling. It really is a masterpiece.
shareInside and Martyrs were good. Though not particularly scary, cannibal holocaust sticks with me because it's so disturbing (mostly the animal stuff). I guess I'd say the shining and the exorcist. Honestly I can't think of any movie being too scary. I was scared when I was a teenager and saw Scream the first few times. I'd never watched horror movies before and I could see that really happening. It began my love of all things horror. Just wanted to add, paranormal activity wasn't scary but after watching it, we had some strange stuff going on in our house oddly enough.
