How can't people see the good of this movie?

I just finished watching this movie, and it's defiantly theater worthy. Yeah there might be some ideas taken from different movies mostly another one of my favorites like the "The Cell" from 2000. With sprinkles of 1408, Inception, Insidious. And I loved the end of the movie. I'm defiantly watching this one again, and seeing it as one day being a cult classic of a movie.

Totally agree, a great film, it was pretty deep, I also loved the beginning, it was like a live action comic.

I really enjoyed this film.

Okay, I give up. Please explain this one...........

"Be the change you wish to see in the world"

Try looking up 1408 on IMDB... with John Cusack!

Yeah I'm familiar with the movie fella, I just don't see any connection or similarities between the films 

I also immediately thought "The Cell", but combined with "Fallen" (the demon that jumps by touch). It even has a similar ending to Fallen.

I actually liked Incarnate, it wasn't great, but certainly enjoyable.

This was a good horror movie imo. I'm a big time horror movie buff and I freaking loved this. The damn ending left a big chill in body. Reminded me of some the horror movies of the 70's that had fcked up endings. Definitely worth a look see for horror movie fans.

Whoops!

What recommendations do you have for 70s films with fucked up endings? I'm running out of things to watch.

Outside of the acting i didnt care for this movie at all. Very dissapointing to see some talented actors wasted. Writing was sloppy and uneven. Way too predictable as well. Just seems to me like mainstream horror just cant get it right anymore. 2016 was full of good low budget and indie horror gold. Chalk this one up as just another Hollywood miss.

What good indie horror came out of 2016?

reply

Off the top of my head a few of my favorites were The Wailing, Green Room, The Witch, The Autopsy of Jane Doe, The Eyes of my Mother. More good ones came out last year but those are the first to pop in my head.

guarino2002 I totally agree!

It was definitely predictable, but I really enjoyed it. It combined different elements and was an enjoyable watch for me. Haven't seen anything like it in a while.
