I can't remember if that was a flashback to BB or is it something that is still to happen?

It happened in Breaking Bad. Walt & Jesse kidnap Saul Goodman to get him to keep Badger from spilling the beans on them.

When Saul mentions Ignacio and Lalo in Breaking Bad it just makes everything come together even better.

The characters of Lalo & Nacho were created based on throwaway names in the scene in Breaking Bad. We see what happens directly before and after that scene in BCS that we originally saw in Breaking Bad. I'm sure they will edit the scenes together for YouTube eventually.
