He was great. I liked this movie more than I thought I would. It was every bit as good as other well-liked Christmas movies like "The Santa Clause".

Yes, Russell was a great Santa. But this movie wouldn't have been anything without him.

It makes one think why he didn't sing himself in Elvis tv film from 1979, why dubbing him at the time, this is the first time we hear him sing and he's good enough.
