Ebert's site liked it! It may not work for "those seeking an action/adventure thrill ride"

Very moving movie about the relationship between a man and his father set against the frontiers of space explotation... The bonds of loyalty, duty and expectation...

It is an entertaining movie, just one with more "grown up" themes then the usual for it's genre...

It felt like a space movie made for adults, rather than children or teens...
