I think it was to make him experience what she experienced. Dying wasn't a pleasant experience for her. Although, in a way, she should feel grateful being escaping hell. Who knows, she's alive again, if I were her, I'd spend the rest of my life collecting good karma. Who knows, if she does enough good deeds, maybe she won't wind up in hell again, or what she perceived to be hell. She clearly has a guilty conscience for causing that fire when she was a little girl. That, or maybe being the only human capable of using 100% of your brain capacity is a lonely experience. She's reviving Frank so she has a companion, or maybe she'll keep on reviving him, and killing him, over, and over again. That would be hellish,

I am going with the revenge idea, as I think they concluded that she is stuck in hell and she wanted to get revenge by bringing them back into hell also. But also because I remember she had all of them ready on the tables, didn't she?

The thing is, I thought she squeezed his head, cracked his skull, squeezed his brain, to kill him. So I would have thought the physical trauma to his body would not have been able to support bringing him back.

I just watched this and I'm pretty sure she resurrected Frank because part of her still loved him. Maybe she thought if he was like her he would be better able to accept her. She killed him because he wanted to "put her down" which made her angry because she wanted him to still love her.
