Jake's biggest snubbing yet

From the look of things he's above pandering with Academy-baiting performances. It's nice to see work of this caliber, and even nicer that he's getting cool parts that do him justice, like Southpaw and Prisoners.

It was a good movie, not a great one.

It's a crime that he wasn't even nominated. This was an amazing performance in a devastating but amazing movie.
