But animals can't help themselves, humans can with their advanced brains. There is a reason why we're at the top of the food chain etc. I'm guessing these traits are animalistic in nature so we humans too have such traits. I wonder how god or the bible can explain this.

Half of the human race is equipped by millions of years of evolution with a hole perfectly formed to receive a man's penis. Choosing instead to insert it in the hole evolved to void the bowels of shit is not following nature.
